This vehicle has been ordered through our ‘request a car’ enquiry form on our website.
This is a personal buying service where you enter a contract and place a £500 deposit for us to source you your required vehicle. If after 4 weeks no vehicle can be sourced a full refund is made, if the request is withdrawn by the customer within 7 calendar days a 75% refund will be issued, within 14 days 50% and within 21 days 25%. A withdrawal by the customer on or after the 22nd day will result in no refund.
If no vehicle has been suitably sourced within 28 days and the contract has not been withdrawn a full refund will be issued.
