I had been searching for a particular car for a couple of weeks when I found just what I was looking for at NEWARK ALEXANDER LTD in Kenilworth. This is over 100 miles from my location so
gave them a call and spoke to Tom. he went through the car details and I had seen photos in Autotrader. It was just what I wanted but I wanted to see it in person before buying. The one problem was the insurance payout for my old car was not due for several days. Tom agreed that if he had other enquires on the car he would ring me before selling it. He sent me a full video of the car which was fine. My payout arrived on Thursday and I arranged to travel by coach to Coventry bus station on Friday and Tom offered to pick me up to test drive the car. Tom picked me up and straight out for the very thorough test drive.,
I agreed to purchase the vehicle and contacted my bank to transfer the money. The bank were very slow in doing the transfer and Tom was very patient for 90 minutes while my bank were doing their security checks.Paperwork done by Tom who registered and taxed the car (I paid for that). Insurance sorted time to go home. I got in the car and it was then I noticed that Tom had put in a half tank of fuel.
Tom is a great guy who has really good customer and good communication skills.
I would recommend him if you are looking for a car.
